Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work in the Moulding Department for our prestigious client who are part of the Rolls Royce Group based in Trentham. Our client manufactures Ceramic parts for the Aerospace Industry. This is an exciting time to join our client, who with year on year growth are looking to expand and increase their team.

As a Production Operative you will be producing a variety of ceramic parts to get them ready for dispatch.



To succeed as a Production Operative you will have the following skills:

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Good hand to eye coordination

  • Have not only an eye for quality but also a desire to produce and finish a quality product each and every time

  • The motivation to achieve the required production rate per hour



  • Rotating shifts 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am Saturday and Sunday

  • Holiday Pay (you accrue this each week you work)

  • Free on-site parking

  • Weekly pay (paid a week in arrears)

  • Long term stable work


  • Rolls Royce insist on full background checks prior to starting which includes criminal record checks, employment and financial history. These checks would be carried out during the induction process. Spent convictions – these would be considered by Rolls Royce on a case by case basis and dependent upon the conviction a decision would be made.
